Product Sizing

Robaoa does not treat one general S, M, L, or other size label as having identical measurements across every product.

Customers should always use the size chart and measurement information shown on the individual product page as the primary sizing reference.

The size a customer normally wears from another brand may not correspond exactly to the same size label on a Robaoa product.

Product-Specific Size Charts

Where a size chart is provided for an individual product, that size chart takes priority over general sizing guidance.

Customers should compare their current measurements with the measurements provided for the relevant product before ordering.

Please refer to our Size Guide for instructions on how to measure:

  • Bust;

  • Underbust;

  • Waist;

  • Hips;

  • Inseam; and

  • Other measurements where relevant.

Body Measurements and Garment Measurements

Product size charts may contain body measurements, garment measurements, or both.

Body measurements describe the customer's body.

Garment measurements describe the dimensions of the actual product.

Customers should not assume that body measurements and garment measurements are interchangeable.

A garment may intentionally be larger or smaller than body measurements depending on the intended fit, fabric stretch, and design.

Fit

The same numerical or letter size may fit differently depending on the product's design.

Examples of different intended fits may include:

  • Bodycon;

  • Fitted;

  • Slim fit;

  • Regular fit;

  • Relaxed fit;

  • Loose fit;

  • Oversized; and

  • Flowy.

Fit information should be considered together with the product-specific measurements.

Stretch

Some products may have more stretch than others.

Where available, product information may indicate whether a garment has:

  • No stretch;

  • Slight stretch;

  • Moderate stretch; or

  • High stretch.

Stretch descriptions are general guidance and do not replace actual product measurements.

Measurement Variations

Small measurement differences may occur in finished garments because of fabric characteristics, production methods, measuring techniques, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

This may be particularly noticeable with:

  • Elastic fabrics;

  • Knitted products;

  • Crochet products;

  • Ruched garments;

  • Flowing fabrics;

  • Products with adjustable ties; and

A minor variation in measurement does not automatically mean that a product is defective.

Print and Pattern Placement

For products made from printed, patterned, tie-dye, ombré, or similar materials, the exact placement of the print or pattern may vary between individual garments.

This means two products of the same style may not have identical print placement.

Normal pattern-placement variation is not necessarily a product defect.

Hand-Finished Details

Product Condition

Products sold as new through Robaoa are intended to be supplied as new products.

If you receive a product that appears used, materially damaged, contaminated, or otherwise not in the expected condition, please contact Robaoa Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible.

Swimwear Hygiene

Because swimwear is worn close to the body, additional hygiene requirements apply to returns and exchanges.

Where swimwear is supplied with a hygiene liner, hygiene strip, or hygiene seal, customers should keep that protection attached and intact while checking the size and fit.

We recommend trying swimwear on over underwear.

Swimwear Fit

Swimwear fit may be affected by:

  • Bust measurement;

  • Underbust measurement;

  • Waist measurement;

  • Hip measurement;

  • Torso length;

  • Fabric stretch;

  • Adjustable straps;

  • Tie closures;

  • Cup structure;

  • Padding; and

  • Coverage design.

Customers should review the product-specific size information before ordering swimwear.

Bikini Sets

Where a bikini is sold as one complete set, the top and bottom are supplied as the product described on the relevant product page.

If the product uses one size selection for the complete set, customers should choose the size that best corresponds to their overall measurements according to the product-specific size chart.

One-Piece Swimwear

One-piece swimsuit fit may be affected not only by bust, waist, and hip measurements but also by height and torso length.

Customers should consider the individual product measurements and any fit information provided before ordering.

Product Care

Customers should follow the care information supplied with the product where available.

Different fabrics and decorative details may require different care methods.

Product appearance and lifespan can be affected by factors including:

Swimwear Care

Swimwear may be affected by chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, tanning products, heat, and prolonged exposure to moisture.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the item and avoid unnecessary exposure to conditions that may damage the fabric, elasticity, color, or decorative details.

Damage Caused After Delivery

Damage caused after delivery by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, alteration, or failure to follow relevant care instructions is different from a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect any rights relating to a defect that existed when the product was supplied.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact Robaoa Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs of the product; and

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

Defective Products

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details of the issue.

Robaoa will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a different product, color, or size from the product shown on your order confirmation, please contact Robaoa Customer Support.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • The product you ordered;

  • The product you received; and

  • Clear photographs of the received item.

Where Robaoa confirms that an incorrect item was supplied, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Resolution of Product Issues

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights, an eligible product issue may be resolved through:

  • Replacement;

  • Exchange;

  • Refund; or

  • Another appropriate remedy.

Robaoa will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required because we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Returns for Change of Mind

Product quality issues are different from voluntary change-of-mind returns.

If an eligible product is being returned because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the item, the normal requirements in our Returns & Refund Policy apply.

For eligible voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Products

Products clearly marked Final Sale may be excluded from Robaoa's voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange policy.

Final Sale status does not remove mandatory rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially not as described, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

Product Authenticity and Representation

Robaoa does not knowingly offer counterfeit products.

Product information and images used by Robaoa are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Robaoa or the applicable rights holder.

If an intellectual property owner believes that material displayed on robaoa.com infringes their rights, they may contact Robaoa in accordance with our Intellectual Property Policy.

Customer Reviews

Customer reviews, where available, may provide additional information about individual experiences with a product.

Individual experiences may differ because of:

  • Body shape;

  • Height;

  • Fit preference;

  • Selected size;

  • Color perception;

  • Personal expectations; and

  • How the product is worn or cared for.

Consumer Rights

Nothing on this Product Standards page is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
